Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal through the Paypal web site.
We also accept personal cheque; however, shipping will occur after the cheque clears the bank. Please email us for more information.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-5 days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with an estimated date of arrival.
Circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, such as inclement weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages, etc. In those rare conditions, the delivery times can be delayed; therefore, BrookAlviano.com cannot be held liable or guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
Delivery
We use Canada Post for North American destinations. We are not responsible for customs & brokerage charges on parcels traveling outside of Canada.
For International orders, please email us with the address you wish to ship to for international shipping rates.
All deliveries should be received from 5-14 days upon receipt of the order. Delivery time depends on the destination, as all deliveries originate from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Cleaning Instructions
Best method of cleaning is to spot clean with cool water, mild soap and a soft cloth or hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Lay flat to dry and once dry, iron on low heat without steam. Dry cleaning is another option. If special or restricted instructions are necessary for the care, it will be noted with the particular bag.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to custom designs and one-of-a-kind bags, all sales are final.
